Our story
A family recipe, carried from Tashkent
When we arrived in Sacramento from Uzbekistan, we couldn't find an Uzbek restaurant that served authentic Uzbek dishes, so we decided to share our traditional cuisine with this region.
Everything on our menu is a family inheritance, passed down through generations in Tashkent — plov cooked in the kazan, samsa baked to order, lamb shurpa simmered slowly, and non bread pulled hot from the oven.
